Abstract
Wayne State University officials announced this week that it uncovered several employees within the University's registrar's office had falsified student grades last year. Five employees in total were identified by the college, two full-time employees and three students. One of the full-time employees was found to have accepted money from current and former students in exchange for altering that students grades. Both employees have been fired from the university and the three students face serious sanctions. The falsification was uncovered when a routine audit turned up discrepancies in the grades.
