Abstract
The University of Cincinnati is again alerting students that their personal information has been exposed. This is the second such alert UC has made this month. This most recent alert comes after UC announced that a file cabinet containing student files was not emptied before it was sold to an unspecified third-party. UC is urging students to monitor their credit reports for fraudulent activity. There is no word on if UC will offer free credit monitoring to students affected by either incident.

Abstract
The University of Cincinnati is alerting students after a flash drive containing student data, including names and Social Security numbers, was stolen. The drive, containing information on more then 7,000 graduate and undergraduate students, was stolen from the desk of an employee. According to university officials, there has been no evidence that the information has been misused. The university has sent letters to all affected students and has also alerted the three major credit bureaus.
