Abstract
Mike Sparks, a business owner, discovered student records from Gadsden State Community College blowing across the driveway of his business Saturday morning when we was cutting the grass. Sparks immediately contacted Gadsden to alert them to the incident. In all, about 400 student records were found containing student names, grades and Social Security numbers. Gadsden officials thank Sparks for alerting them about the records and have launched an investigation into how this could have happened.
